A Lexington County Deputy Sheriff will manage roadway access to Spence's Point from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on July 14. The Deputy will be provided with the current owner list. Residents who have invited guests must provide the guest's names to the Deputy at 9:30 AM or before the guests arrive. Guests should be accompanied by the owner/tenant while visiting Spence's Point.

The owner of Unit 422 has received approval for a private party for 10 guests. As per the community Rules and Regulations, other owners may use the facilities at the same time - kitchen, grills, etc.
