Owner of Unit 1013 has received approval for a private birthday party for 12 guests for a party. As per Cabana Guidelines, other owners may share the facilities at the same time - kitchen, grills, etc.

The "Private Property" signs will be enforced by the Lexington County Sheriff's Department. Only residents and their guests, who's names must be provided in advance, will be allowed to enter the property.

Open to all owners. Please notify the President in advance if you would like to address the Board about a specific issue. In general, owner input is welcome at appropriate points in the meeting. We follow Robert's Rules of Order.
