Private Party

Owner of Unit 422 has received approval for a private birthday party for 40 to 50 guests for an extended (5 hour) party. As per Cabana Guidelines, other owners may share the facilities at the same time - kitchen, grills, etc.
Monthly Board Meeting
Monday, May 28th, 2018, 7pm to 9pm at Cabana
Spence's Point Council of Co-Owners Monthly Board of Directors Meeting.
Open to all owners. Please notify the President in advance if you would like to address the Board about a specific issue. In general, owner input is welcome at appropriate points in the meeting. We follow Robert's Rules of Order.
