Tree Trimming Project
Wednesday, April 1st, 2020, All Day Event at Around Buildings 1 - 10
The Landscape Committee has planned an extensive tree trimming project. Several trees that are dead, dying, or too close to the buildings will be removed by Sox & Freeman, licensed and fully insured professional arborists. Trees will be trimmed to improve the lake view, prevent squirrels from easily getting onto the buildings, and keep leaves and branches from dropping into gutters and onto cars in the parking lot.

Women's Brunch
Thursday, April 16th, 2020, 10am to 12pm at Cabana
Each brunch is hosted by different members of the community . Each hostess sets the theme. We usually meet at the cabana. Bring a brunch item to share. After the brunch we play “Stealer Bingo”. Bring a wrapped gift of about $10-15 value.
Spence's Point Board of Directors Meeting
Monday, April 27th, 2020, 6pm to 8pm at ZOOM Hosted
Spence's Point Council of Co-Owners Monthly Board of Directors Meeting.
Open to all owners. Please notify the President in advance if you would like to address the Board about a specific issue. In general, owner input is welcome at appropriate points in the meeting. We follow Robert's Rules of Order. The Board Meeting will be held this coming Monday, April 27th, starting at 6:00 PM.   The meeting will be conducted using the ZOOM App.   If you wish to participate, or just view, please send Ken Lowden an email request (runonsc@yahoo.com)- he will then send you the ZOOM link to use to video access the meeting.  The agenda for the meeting will be posted in the next few days both on this site and at the mail kiosks.  If you have questions or suggestions, please send those to Karen Creighton (karen_creighton@hotmail.com) so they can be added to the agenda.
