a) 612 Renovation request to remove and replace water heater 2/01/24
b) 311 Renovation request for floor replacement 2/15/24
c) Removal of dead trees by John Fichtner 2/15/24
d) 812 Renovation request to remove and replace top of deck; enclose bottom 24” of screen porch with cement boards painted SP grey and rescreen top
6. Question – is it time to request Tony to start the process to open the pool?
7. Need for a new Cabana chairperson
8. Discussion on newsletter to go out with information about the upcoming roofing project
9. Next meeting date/time – in person or via Zoom?
