Spence's Point Board of Directors Meeting

Spence's Point Council of Co-Owners Monthly Board of Directors Meeting.

Owner of Unit 313 has received approval for a private party for 25 guests. As per the community Rules and Regulations, other owners may use the facilities at the same time - kitchen, grills, etc.
