Board Meeting - Executive Session
Tuesday, December 7th, 2021, 2pm to 3:30pm at Unit 423
The Board will meet to discuss the association insurance policies.
Informational Meeting RE: Revised Amendment 6
Sunday, December 12th, 2021, 12pm to 2pm at TBD
Revised amendment 6. Based on community feedback we have revised amendment 6. A comparison document of current versus revised language has been prepared that explains the reasons the amendment is needed.
· Adoption of the corrected % of ownership table. A vote needs to be taken to revise the current incorrect documents in the Master Deed that list six two bedroom units as three bedroom units.
We will have new ballots for voting on amendment 6 as well as ballots for the % of ownership correction at each of the meetings so those in attendance, if they wish, can cast their votes. Votes not cast before our annual meeting are due at the annual meeting.
If you have questions on amendment 6 or the % of ownership issue please plan to attend one of these informational meetings.
