The board as previously announced will be available at a minimum of three dates to address any questions owners may have on either of these documents. The first meetings will be tomorrow, Thursday January 6th at from 10 AM until 12:30 at the Lexington Library at located 5440 August Rd. We have a limit of 10 people in the meeting room at any given time. If there are more than 10 people, we will rotate people in as others have their questions answered and leave.
The 2nd meeting is scheduled for Wednesday January 12th at noon, place TBD
The 3rd meeting is scheduled for Saturday January 15th at 10 AM, place TBD

The Annual Meeting of Members is for the purpose of electing directors and transacting any other business authorized in the bylaws. A quorum shall consist of co-owners entitled to cast a majority of the total percentage of ownership of the Association as defined in the master deed and bylaws. Proxies are specifically allowed.
