Calendar

The Annual Meeting of Members is for the purpose of electing directors and transacting any other business authorized in the bylaws. A quorum shall consist of co-owners entitled to cast a majority of the total percentage of ownership of the Association as defined in the master deed and bylaws. Proxies are specifically allowed.
