Special Meeting
Location: The Grassy area behind building 8
Time: 6pm to 7pm
Description:
A special meeting to vote on Master Deed Amendment will be held Tuesday evening, 9/30/2021. This is the postponed meeting originally scheduled, same time and place, for September 21.
Due to Covid-19 concerns, the meeting will be held at the green area on the lakeside of Building 8 &9.
Bring your own lawn chairs and any beverage you may want.

The three changes being proposed are allowing fines to be levied based on published rules, with an appeal process; allowing the HOA attorney to collect fees for successful defense of litigation; and allowing the HOA to intervene in issues between units that potentially involve structural issues.  This amendment allows definition of terms to comply with the original Master Deed (the term fine is not used), and to protect the Homeowners and the structures from increased expenses.
