Owner of Unit 612 has received approval for a private birthday party for 20 guests for a party. As per Cabana Guidelines, other owners may share the facilities at the same time - kitchen, grills, etc.
Monthly Board Meeting

Spence's Point Council of Co-Owners Monthly Board of Directors Meeting.
Open to all owners. Please notify the President in advance if you would like to address the Board about a specific issue. In general, owner input is welcome at appropriate points in the meeting. We follow Robert's Rules of Order.
