The recently completed Spence's Point reserve study is available for viewing, along with other reserve fund information, on the "Documents" page of our website. A Special Meeting of Co-Owners has been scheduled for November 3 at the Cabana. The meeting starts at 6:30pm and co-owners have been notified by US Mail.
