About Us

Spence's Point is a private residential condominium community situated on a scenic peninsula on beautiful Lake Murray in central South Carolina and is made up of 99 individually owned units.  The community was built in the mid 1980's.  It offers not only spectacular sunsets, expansive views and year round enjoyment of the lake, but also has a private pool and cabana, tennis court, a marina and a dry storage area for boats and trailers.
 
In compliance with the South Carolina Homeowner's Association Act, Spence's Point Council of Co-Owners (COC) has filed all governing documents at the Lexington County Courthouse. The links below are intended to help prospective purchasers of property at Spence's Point.

Any modification to the interior or exterior of a condo requires approval from the Spence's Point Council of Co-Owners (COC) Board of Directors. The information below is used by owners to comply with the Rules and Master Deed.
